Section 1: Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 85tube. By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered on our platform at https://85tube.my, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document.

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (as a user or member) and 85tube. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform 85tube immediately and not proceed with the registration process.

Section 2: Member Eligibility

To register and use the services of 85tube, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. 85tube takes the protection of minors seriously and will take strict action against any user found to have provided false age information.
• You must be registering for your own personal use — not on behalf of another person or as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must be residing in or accessing the 85tube from regions where use of such services is permitted under applicable local laws.
• You must not be bankrupt or currently undergoing active bankruptcy proceedings at the time of registration or while using the services 85tube.
• You are not eligible to register if you have previously been banned, suspended or had your account terminated by 85tube previously for fraud or breach of terms.

Employees, contractors, agents, business partners and immediate family members of any individual directly involved in the operations of 85tube are not eligible to register as a member or participate in any promotions offered.

Section 3: Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account only at 85tube. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During the registration process at 85tube, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The required details include:

• Full name as shown on a valid MyKad or passport
• An active mobile number that can be reached
• An active email address that belongs to you
• Accurate date of birth for age verification

85tube reserve the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. This includes copies of your national ID, passport, or other official documents to verify your identity. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the full name registered in your account 85tube matches the name on the payment method being used. Any name discrepancy may result in delays or rejection of your withdrawal request.

Section 4: Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

85tube accepts a variety of approved payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be made through the methods listed below:

For withdrawal, the following conditions apply at 85tube:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — this is a security measure to prevent money laundering
• All bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fully satisfied

Section 5: Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 85tube subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. Wagering requirements mean you must wager the bonus amount received a specified number of times before it can be converted into withdrawable cash.

• Welcome Bonus (up to RM500): ×30 wagering requirement — for example, if you receive a RM200 bonus, you must wager a total of RM6,000 before you can withdraw the bonus balance.
• Daily Cashback (up to 10%): No wagering requirements — cashback is credited as real cash and can be used or withdrawn immediately.
• Weekly Leaderboard: Rewards are credited as cash with a ×5 wagering requirement only.

All promotions have a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the validity period will expire automatically. 85tube is not responsible for any bonus that expires due to member negligence.

As a member of 85tube, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account using different or false personal information

• Engaging in any activity that may be classified as money laundering or financial fraud
• Sharing or selling your account 85tube your account to another party
• Using the 85tube for purposes that contravene applicable Malaysian law
• Harassing, threatening, or directing abusive language at any staff member or other member at 85tube

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal proceedings under applicable Malaysian law.

Section 9: Account Closure & Suspension

Prior to closure, all valid cash balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method.

Closure by 85tube: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

Section 10: Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability amount 85tube against any individual claim is limited to the total net deposits made by the member in question within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 12: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of 85tube shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

Should negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by both parties — or, if no agreement can be reached, to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. The decision of the court or arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
